A space dedicated entirely to your practice
- Every yoga practice evolves differently. There are moments when you may want to understand a posture better, build confidence, work through a recurring question or spend more time focusing on something specific. Private classes give you the opportunity to do exactly that, with a session focused on your goals and the close guidance of a teacher.
- At YogaOne, we want you to find a way of practising yoga that helps you keep progressing, whether you are just starting out or already have experience and want to deepen your practice.

Work on your practice with a clear goal
- You can use these sessions to learn the foundations of yoga, improve your technique, explore specific postures in greater depth or spend more time working on areas such as mobility, flexibility, strength, breathing or meditation.
- During the session, your teacher can observe your practice in greater detail, answer your questions and help you work more precisely on the areas where you want to progress.
- Depending on the centre, classes may be available individually, as a couple or in a small group.

Find the approach you need
You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on before you arrive. Sometimes, it’s as simple as feeling that you need a better understanding of your practice: your teacher will help you focus on what matters.
Introduction to yoga
If you’re just starting out, these sessions give you the space to learn the basics at your own pace: breathing, alignment, the main groups of poses, and how a practice is structured. The aim is for you to join a group class feeling confident, not lost.
Style immersion
If you already practise yoga and want to explore a particular style in greater depth, these sessions allow you to work on its technique and methodology in more detail than a general class. The teacher adapts the pace to your level and guides you through a progression tailored to you within that style.
Targeted sessions
You can also focus the sessions on a specific aspect of your practice: inversions, hip opening, balances, backbends, forward bends, core work, breathing, pranayama, meditation or vinyasa, among others.
Practise on your own or with others
Not all private classes have to be one-to-one.
One-to-one
A one-to-one session in which the teacher’s full attention is focused on you, your level and what you want to work on.
For two
Share the session with whoever you choose, whether it’s a friend, partner or colleague, with an approach tailored to both your levels and interests.
Small group
Practise with friends and enjoy a class together, with content tailored specifically to your group.
What is a session like?
- Before you begin, the teacher listens to your experience, your goals and any concerns you may have.
- During the session, the practice is tailored to you: you can pause, repeat, ask questions or try variations, with a level of time and attention rarely available in a group class.
- At the end, you can talk to the teacher about how you felt and how to move forward if you decide to continue.

Who are private yoga classes for?
- If you’re just starting out, they can help you learn the basics of yoga and gain confidence before joining a group class.
- If you already practise yoga, they allow you to deepen your technique or explore a particular style with personalised attention.
- If you need to adapt your practice due to an injury or any other limitation, they can help you find the yoga variations that work best for you.
