YogaOne El Prat

YogaOne El Prat is a modern yoga center located in the heart of El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona), between Mercado de Marina and Centre Cívic Jardins de la Pau, right in front of Jacint Verdaguer school. The space is designed with plenty of natural light and a large main studio created so that both beginners and advanced practitioners can enjoy yoga classes in a शांत, welcoming, and professional environment. The center features a very New York–inspired design, with exposed brick walls and abundant natural light, as well as individual changing rooms, lockers, and a social area with armchairs and low tables for added comfort.

Its timetable includes gentle and restorative styles such as Yin Yoga, Hatha, Restorative, and Pranayama & Yoga Nidra, alongside more dynamic and active options such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Dharma, and Gravity (Aerial Yoga).
