YogaOne Esplugues

YogaOne Esplugues is a bright, modern yoga studio in the centre of Esplugues, near Avinguda de Cornellà and the Town Hall. It offers two yoga rooms, including a dedicated space for Yoga Kids & Family, plus private changing rooms, lockers and a cosy social area. With 20+ weekly classes, different styles and levels, and flexible schedules, it’s designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners to enjoy yoga in a calm, professional setting.

Class schedules at YogaOne Esplugues

YogaOne Esplugues, yoga classes are offered for all levels, with a wide variety of styles such as Intro Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yang, Power Vinyasa and Yoguilates, as well as specialised sessions including Therapeutic Yoga, Kundalini and Yoga Nidra. The studio also offers barre classes to complement the yoga practice.
