At YogaOne Verdi, located in the heart of the Gràcia neighborhood in Barcelona, you’ll find around 30 yoga classes per week with a wide range of styles, including Alignment, Yogalates, Slow Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Basic Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Dharma, Kundalini, and Restorative Yoga. Classes are scheduled in the afternoon and evening to fit your daily routine.
