YogaOne Moncloa, located at 53 Gaztambide Street in the Chamberí area, is set between the Moncloa and Islas Filipinas metro stations, offering easy access from different parts of the city. With a spacious, bright and welcoming studio, it offers a varied schedule that combines dynamic, energizing classes with slower, more mindful practices. Its accessible and integrative approach allows each person to find their own rhythm, building strength, flexibility and emotional balance in an environment designed to disconnect from external noise and reconnect within.
