It combines softer, more mindful practices such as Yin Yoga, Hatha, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Nidra and meditation spaces with more dynamic and intense options like Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Rocket, Yoga Sculpt, Yoguilates and Gravity. It also includes beginner-friendly options such as Intro Yoga, Intro Ashtanga and Intro Vinyasa, as well as several English or bilingual classes.
