At YogaOne Sants, a variety of yoga classes are offered for all levels throughout the week, including styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Power Yoga, Slow Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Restorative Yoga, as well as special sessions like D‑Gravity and Yogilates. Classes take place in the morning, afternoon, and evening in a spacious, bright studio designed for regular practice and well-being.
