YogaOne Goya is a yoga studio in Madrid, in the Goya neighbourhood, located at Máiquez 10, between O’Donnell and Goya, next to the WiZink Center, Gregorio Marañón Hospital and Plaza de Felipe II. Set in a central, well-connected area, it’s easy to reach by metro (Goya and O’Donnell) and with multiple bus lines nearby.

YogaOne Goya offers a wide variety of yoga classes throughout the day, with styles such as Iyengar, Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Hatha Vinyasa, as well as more intense practices like Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga. You’ll also find slower, deeper options such as Yin Yoga, Yin Flow, Slow Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, along with formats like Kundalini and Yoguilates. The programme is designed for all levels and intensities, so you can choose the class that best matches your energy and keep a steady wellbeing routine.
