The Lotus path is a 9 step path to transform, heal and awaken through the principles of yoga and mindfulness.Taking inspiration from the yoga sutras and the philosophy of the Lotus Sutra which examines our suffering so we can make the necessary changes to liberate and heal ourselves, this course is a nine month journey, one workshop every month for nine months.
Each month we will focus on a specific intention, including exploration of the 8 limbs of yoga and each of the 7 energetic centres of the body and how they relate to our modern life. Every workshop will include yoga asana, meditation, deep relaxation practice and theory. There will be a specific healing focus on this journey, identifying where we have been broken, how the yoga sutras are tools to awaken us and how we can use our life experiences to ignite a personal transformative process. As a way to embody each workshop and it´s teachings, each monthly workshop represents one round of the 9 intentions we take in the 108 sun salute ceremony. At the end of the 9 months we will practice 108, bringing the intentions we have made over the year together, reflecting upon the transformative qualities of a yoga practice that is based on an awakening of the heart and spirit and discovering our innate potential.

There are many options to take on this Path, each workshop will be available on zoom and as each workshop is unique you can choose to participate in single or multiple workshops according to your needs. This course is especially recommended for anyone that is interested in taking their practice deeper, personal healing or considering the path of becoming a yoga teacher.
