Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences that blend perfectly to find answers to this historical question. Ayurveda is the Indian health care philosophy of 5,000 years old. In essence, as with Yoga, it guides us towards life according to the rhythms of nature, since this is the key to aging gracefully. On this weekend, we will integrate the basic theory of Ayurveda with Hatha Yoga, meditation and mantra. These series aim to create an integral, nutritious and sweetly challenging yoga practice, while at the same time providing you with practical and accessible tools to accelerate your path of wellness through Ayurveda.

Friday, May 31:
7pm - 10pm Master Class Ayurveda and Asana Encounter: creating harmony inside and outside the mat. Brief introduction on the history and purpose of Ayurveda to begin our weekend together followed by a practice of deep anterior push-ups, hip opening, pranayama, mantra and meditation. This will be a nutritious, quiet, deep practice to align your doshas and calm your soul.
Saturday 1 June:
9h-11h Practice 2 hours: Climb, Shine and Flow Ayurveda teaches us that the morning time is the time of Kapha and is the ideal time for your physical practice. This morning full-spectrum and full-spectrum flow will safely and safely generate support throughout the day. Expect arm balances thrown just for fun!
11-14 Ayurveda class 3 hours: 20 Gunas + 5 Elements + 3 Doshas = a Vibrant YOU Gunas, Elements, Doshas are the basic components of Ayurveda, and when we begin to recognize them and integrate them into our daily life, we experience an Evolution of Health. 9- 11 Practice 2 hours: Living your truth: nutritional and supportive extensions According to Ayurveda, there is no better medicine than living an authentic and honest life.
