DESCRIPTION

Deepen the understanding of the internal actions and skills necessary for the practice to come alive in a vibrant way.
Explore, incorporate and teach the fundamental principles that build the bridge from basic postures to advanced asanas.
Develop both your practice and your tools to teach: visual assessment, effective verbal cues and precise / artistic practical assistance.

Gain a better understanding of the universal physical / energetic principles and movement patterns of the Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vinyasa systems.

We will examine how the unique wisdom of different styles of practice can greatly improve our knowledge of the physical / energetic body, so that the parts become exquisitely complete. Through this understanding, we have a well-informed platform to read the body in an energetic and holistic way, create effective + transformational assists and teach asanas in a therapeutic and healing paradigm. Ultimately, we must make the teachings alive, as we adapt our teaching to the special needs of each student.

The daily program includes:

Deep flow practice with detailed physical and energy alignment.
Analysis of the postures, to understand the component elements and the openings that are required to progress to more advanced asanas.
Learning how to teach, observe and help your students through the process.

The focus of this training is to adopt Vinyasa Flow as an energizing and healing practice; a creative point of view and a therapeutic platform where the teacher can use his unique voice, assessment skills and experience to help each student find his place of joy and satisfaction.
Move away from the scriptwriting teaching towards the creative and informed art, while it becomes absolutely present with its students. Simon has spent the past 23 years synthesizing the great lessons and wisdom of his elementary school teachers; Shiva Rea, Maty Ezraty, Richard Freeman, Dharma Mittra and Joan White, but more importantly, the teachings come alive in a way that is uniquely theirs.

Topics to explore:
· Intensive and Curative Asana Practice: Detailed physical alignment, dynamic / creative vinyasa with intermediate / advanced asanas and therapeutic assistance for all key asanas.
· Energy alignment: Find the actions in positions that help the body and mind to evolve, grow and change.
· Design and develop attractive and therapeutic public classes and private sessions.
· Learn creative and therapeutic help for public classes and private students. Guide yourself to follow your instinct through the understanding of healthy patterns of movement and balance actions.
· Pranayama + Meditation
· Restorative Thai massage based on the tradition of yoga
· Therapeutically work with common injuries and limitations.

Simon Park began his Yoga trip in 1995 with Shiva Rea in the Department of Arts and World Cultures at UCLA. Later hailed by Yoga Journal as "one of the most influential and talented yoga teachers of the next generation", he has conducted workshops, teacher training and retreats around the world since 2002. His Vinyasa free style is fluid, intuitive and encourages freedom through self-expression. Deeply influenced by the teachings of Shiva Rea, Richard Freeman, Maty Ezraty, Joan White and Dharma Mitra, "Liquid Flow Yoga" feels like a beautiful dance between classical and modern yoga. Nicknamed the "Flying Nomad". ", is inspired by legends of the road like Jimi Hendrix, who said:" Earth is my home. "www.liquidflowyoga.
